Referral Management Center
We book specialty care referrals and educates patients on the referral process. When you get a referral from your primary care manager, please come to the RMC before departing the hospital. For referrals sent off base, the RMC will request notes from the civilian provider, upload into the electronic medical record, and notify the ordering provider they are available for review. To check the status of a pending network referral, call Humana Military at
800-444-5445. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m (customer time). Or, you can go online to
TRICARE to check your referral status.
