Audiology

The Audiology Clinic provides hearing health care that includes diagnostic hearing evaluations and aural rehabilitation of hearing disorders for the active-duty and civilian population. Generally, appointments require a referral unless there is an established history of audiological care.

Hearing Conservation Clinic

The hearing conservation clinic provides hearing exams for workers exposed to hazardous noise exposure as part of a required annual physical health assessment, various flight physicals (i.e. PHAs), retirements, separations, pre & post - deployments.

IMR Audiogram (other than Hearing) Clinic 

The Air Force has started notifying active duty members of a hearing requirement through IMR notifications indicating hearing exam. The 88th MDG Public Health flight is executing this new requirement.

IMR Audiogram Location:  Area A, main hospital, Public Health Clinic, 1st floor

Hours:

  • Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
  • The medical center is closed for training exercises on Wednesday mornings until 9:30 a.m., unless otherwise noted. ER open 24/7/365.
