Mental health and substance misuse conditions can affect anyone;
you are not alone. The Military Health System has many resources available to help those who need it.

For Active Duty service members, our facility offers the following mental health services:
For non-active duty beneficiaries, our facility offers the following mental health services:
- Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychiatry (on space-available basis)
- Substance abuse treatment (ADAPT) (one-time evaluation, referral services)
To make an appointment, individuals can contact our clinic at 937-257-6877. Our clinic is situated on the 4
th floor of the Medical Center. In addition to our services, patients may also access other mental health resources such as the Military Family Life Counselor (MFLC), Military OneSource, the Veteran’s Crisis Line, and Base Chaplains.
What TRICARE Covers
TRICARE covers medically and psychologically necessary mental health and substance use care. This includes both inpatient and outpatient care.
