We provide non-emergent outpatient medical care to enrolled adult and geriatric beneficiaries 18 years of age or older. Services include treatment of acute illness and injuries, ongoing disease management, preventive services and physical exams. Enrolled beneficiaries may have their blood pressure checked when directed by their provider with no appointment necessary, Monday through Friday, 8 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m. B12 and Depo-Provera injections are given Monday through Friday with no appointment necessary, 8 to 11 a.m. and 1 to 3 p.m., by your assigned health care team. Depo-Provera injections are given between 11 and 13-week intervals. If it has been more than 13 weeks since your last injection, you must have a pregnancy test first. After a negative pregnancy test and meeting other criteria, you may receive your injection.
