Influenza Vaccine

The 2025-2026 flu vaccine is now available.

Flu season is upon us. We are concerned about your health and encourage everyone to get vaccinated annually against influenza. It’s critical that everyone who is able receives a flu vaccine. It’s essential that active-duty service members, active-duty family members and other beneficiaries are well-protected from influenza.

Please see the guidance below for getting the flu vaccine here at Wright-Patterson Medical Center.

Active-Duty Service Members (ADSMs)

The 2025-2026 Flu Vaccine is now available. Visit the main hospital atrium/lobby Monday-Friday, 0800-1600 (open at 0900 on Wednesdays, closed all day October 13). All active-duty service members are required to receive the flu vaccine. If you feel that a medical or religious exemption is needed, members should contact their PCM. NOTE: FluMist will not be accepted for service members readiness compliance.

When you get a flu vaccine from anywhere besides the Wright-Patterson Medical Center, active-duty service members need to bring their record in to be updated by the next duty day.
